Which snus strength is right for me?

What matters is the nicotine per pouch (mg/pouch). The mg/g value only tells you how much nicotine is in one gram of filling – with large pouches, a low mg/g value can still mean a lot of nicotine. You’ll find both values for every product under “Additional information”.
